Hehe yesterday went by so fast since I spent the half of the day in the kitchen 😀 (and of course going to the market in the morning to get the ingredients :P) But every minute was worth it, I love cooking! I cooked Zalai “grumpy” soup, meaty Hungarian pancakes (as I don’t like these stew-like stuff, I also made some with chicken breast for myself, haha :D) and finally Russian Cream Cake! Well, in case of the latter two meals it was the first time that I made them, and I think it went very well! But I guess I should let the pictures speak 😉
Haha a tegnapi nap elég gyorsan eltelt, mivel a nap felét a konyhában töltöttem 😀 (és persze reggel a piacon kezdtem a napot, ahol beszereztem a hozzávalókat :P) De minden perce megérte, imádok főzni :))) A menü amúgy Zalai morcos leves volt, aztán Hortobágyi húsos palacsinta (magamnak egy pirított csirkemelles verziót készítettem, mivel nem igazán szeretem a pörkölt-féleségeket :D), végül pedig oroszkrém tortát sütöttem 🙂 Utóbbi kettő esetében amúgy először készítettem el őket, de azt hiszem, elég jól sikerült minden 🙂 De beszéljenek inkább a képek 🙂
Some ingredients to the soup/ Pár hozzávaló a leveskéhez 🙂
Like a flow diagram in case of the meaty Hungarian pancakes 🙂 Well, it’s not difficult to make but kind of a twiddle-work, haha 😀 But there is someone for whom it’s worth 🙂 / A hortobágyi húsos palacsinta készítésének folyamatábrája, haha 😀 Igazából nem nehéz elkészíteni, inkább kicsit pepecs munka, de van valaki, akiért megéri 😛
And finally the amazing cake! Well, the cream wasn’t as tough as it would have to be so I had to leave the edge of the cake tin until we were eating so this is the reason why it’s not decorated at the edges, however it doesn’t matter in case of the taste 😛 / Végül a nagysikerű torta 😀 Mivel a krém az elején nem igazán akart kellőképpen megkötni, muszáj volt rajtahagynom a tortaforma szélét egészen fogyasztásig, ezért nincs díszítve a széle… Bár az ízén ez nem változtat 😛
