EN: Last week I attended a very special event, the Bacardí Legacy Cocktail Night with Edina, who writes the fashion blog called My Sweetest Heaven. During the evening we met the three hungarian finalists of Bacardí Legacy: Péter Gózon, Gábor Kalydy and Tamás Kocsis, and got fascinated by their self made cocktails 🙂 Besides some secret hints during cocktail preparation we also learned really special things, like the origin and meaning of the bat as the symbol of the Bacardí House, the very special ingredient of the Ganbatte cocktail or the one ingredient, which is going to amaze the guest for sure 🙂 I had a great time and also joined the guys behind the counter to use my mixing skills learned in the lab, haha 😛 😀 I have to mention, that they did a great job, since I don’t like rum, but all the cocktails were super tasty, this is why I asked for more! 😉 The competition for the qualification to the World Cup took place in Moscow on Monday, so I feel quite honored to be able to meet the boys and learn something from them! 🙂 Special thanks to the Bacardí Group, this night was amazing!
HU: Múlt héten Edina barátnőmmel, a My Sweetest Heaven bloggerével egy nagyon különleges eseményre, a Bacardí Legacy Koktél Estre látogattunk el, aminek az elegáns Brody Studios adott otthont. Az este folyamán bemutatkoztak a Bacardí Legacy magyar döntősei: Gózon Péter, Kalydy Gábor és Kocsis Tamás, akik saját fejlesztésű koktéljaikkal kápráztattak el minket 🙂 A koktélkészítés rejtelmei mellett megtudhattuk, honnan ered és mit jelképez a denevér mint a Bacardí Ház szimbóluma, milyen különleges hozzávalóval készül a Ganbatte nevű koktél, vagy éppen mit érdemes egy koktélba csempészni ahhoz, ha garantáltan le akarjuk nyűgözni a vendéget 🙂 Személy szerint szuperül éreztem magam, és amint látjátok, a pult mögé is becsatlakoztam a srácokhoz, hogy kamatoztassam egy kicsit a folyadékkeverési ismereteimet 😛 😀 Azt mindenképp szeretném megemlíteni, hogy le a kalappal előttük, ugyanis tudni kell rólam, hogy alapból nem szeretem a rumot, de mindhárom koktél isteni volt, nem véletlenül repetáztam belőlük 😉 A fiúk egyébként hétfőn versenyeztek Moszkvában a világbajnokságra való kijutásért, így nem kis megtiszteltetés volt, hogy tanulhattunk tőlük egy-két dolgot 🙂 Nagyon köszönöm a Bacardí csapatának ezt az igazán különleges élményt!
