Pierogi

SAMSUNG CSCSAMSUNG CSC SAMSUNG CSCSAMSUNG CSC SAMSUNG CSCYesterday we had a very interesting gastro experience with my man, hehe 😛 😀 In the evening we visited Asia, my Polish friend to prepare some dumplings together (it’s a Polish specialty, called there “pierogi”) 🙂 I already had the chance to taste it in summer, when I was in Torun but that time we ate the baked one in the restaurant. However, this time we prepared the boiled version 🙂 Well, the whole process is quite simple, although we didn’t take part in making the pasta 😀 The filling is totally up to you, so you can almost put anything inside. We made a cottage cheese – onion – potato, a chicken – spinach – feta cheese and a pork meat filling 🙂 The “boring” part is to fill the little disks of pasta, but then they’re being boiled in a few minutes and they’re ready! 🙂 It was so freaking delicious, if you want, I can share the recipe 😉
